Chaucer College has a secure study centre with 24-hour monitored security cameras and an on-duty porter, a wide range of courses for students of all ages and levels, groups and individuals, and flexible approaches with post-course support. 

Courses 

Chaucer College offers a wide variety of courses for both groups and individuals throughout the year, including General English (both part-time and intensive), exam preparation courses, and subject-specific programmes. The college’s popular Junior Summer Camp offers a comprehensive course alongside a packed schedule of activities. On the first day of the course, the college gives each student a placement test in order to identify their learning needs and assess their English language level.

Chaucer College has a large selection of facilities including 24-hour monitored surveillance security, a 24-hours-a-day on-site duty porter, a dining room, Tuck shop, Woodland walk, 200-seat lecture theatre, a computer room with interactive smart board, Wi-Fi available throughout the campus and the residential accommodation, basketball court, sports field, and a student common/leisure room for fun and relaxation.

Chaucer College student accommodation offers a full-board accommodation service with all bed linen and towels provided and changed weekly. The accommodation has Wi-Fi available throughout. Chaucer College student accommodation offers 340 beds in single and twin rooms (with bunk beds) with some balcony rooms offering panoramic views of the city centre as well as a shared toilet, shower, and kitchen facilities. There’s also a laundry room; subject to additional charges.
