Casita offers eight different types of University of Surrey student accommodation and Guildford student halls near the university. Undergraduate Courses:

Foundation Courses:
Foundation courses are a great option for students if they don’t have the grades for a full degree, have non-traditional qualifications or experience, are starting university a bit late, or just looking for more support during the transition into university study. Foundation courses are available in Arts and Social Sciences, Engineering and Physical Sciences (excluding chemistry and mathematics), Mathematics, Chemistry, Biosciences, Nursing, and Psychology. All courses require CCD at A-level and some of them require specific GCSE subjects.
Research Courses:
A wide variety of research courses are available at the university such as Aerodynamic and Environmental Flow, Biosciences and Medicine, Clinical Psychology, Digital Media Arts, Environment and Sustainability, Literary and Cultural Studies.
Pathway Programmes:
Pathway programmes are made to develop students’ academic skills to help them study at a UK university. The University of Surrey offers options for undergraduate and postgraduate students. The courses available are the International Foundation Year, a two-semester programme that prepares students for the undergraduate degree of their choice, and Pre-Masters, a one or two-semester programme that helps further build the skills developed by students in their undergraduate degree.

Pre-sessional English courses are available at the university in many options such as Pre-Sessional English Language 22 weeks (PS22), Pre-Sessional English Language 8 weeks (PS8), Pre-Sessional English Language 12 weeks (PS12), and Pre-Sessional English Language 5 weeks (PS5).

University of Surrey Student Accommodation
University of Surrey student accommodation is available for undergraduate students, students with disabilities, families, visitors, and staff. The University of Surrey accommodation won the Student Crowd Best Student Accommodation Awards 2018.
University of Surrey Student Accommodation for Undergraduate Students and Students with Disabilities:
Surrey student accommodation for undergraduate students offers many options and varieties available to meet all students’ budgets and needs. There are a variety of Bands for accommodation such as Band A shared: split-level shared rooms, Band B: budget rooms, Band C: standard single rooms, Band D: en-suite rooms, Band E: enhanced en-suite rooms, and Band F: studio flats. There are also specifically adapted rooms available for students with disabilities to suit their needs.
All Surrey student accommodation rooms are fully furnished with a bed, a desk, a chair, a reading lamp, a bookshelf, and a wardrobe. All halls of residences are self-catered with shared kitchen facilities except for studio flats at Manor Park. Weekly cleaning of communal areas is available as well as all communal areas and bedrooms are non-smoking. All rooms have personal belongings insurance included in the rent and Wi-Fi.
University of Surrey Student Accommodation for Families:
University of Surrey student accommodation is also offered for students with families. Family flats consist of self-contained furnished flats and Surrey student homes with all-inclusive rents, insurance, Wi-Fi, and many other facilities. Studio flats, one-bedroom flats, and two-bedroom flats are also available.
University of Surrey Student Accommodation for Visitors:
University of Surrey student accommodation is available for guests or students who are staying for a short period of time. Temporary rooms are available for this type of accommodation; however, they are “room only” options with no meals included. Room types vary between standard single, single en-suite, and double en-suite. Bedding and towels are provided. Facilities include a fully-equipped kitchen with a kettle, toaster, microwave, electric hob and oven, fridge/freezer, an iron and an ironing board, a small supply of cutlery and crockery, and Wi-Fi.
University of Surrey Accommodation for Staff Members:
The University of Surrey provides accommodation for staff members as long as they remain full-time members and they are offered only short-term accommodation in furnished properties. Staff accommodation includes water, gas, electricity, and council tax. The accommodation has a no-pets policy but guide dogs and hearing dogs are allowed. All residences are non-smoking including all common areas and bedrooms.
