This campus offers approximately 80 courses in a wide range of subject areas such as Africana Studies (Fall only), Art History, Biology, Business, Chemistry, Child and Adolescent Mental Health Studies, Cinema Studies, College Core Curriculum, Creative Writing, Drama, Dramatic Literature, Economics, English, Environmental Studies, Gallatin, Global Public Health, History, Internship for Credit, Journalism, Mathematics, Media, Culture, & Communication, Metropolitan Studies, Middle Eastern Studies, Philosophy, Physics, Politics, Psychology, Sociology, and Teaching and Learning (Spring only). 

There are also two featured programs: The Art and Architecture of London and Pre-Health. The Art and Architecture of London offers a range of courses that cover anything from how to view and sketch buildings through the perspective of an architect to the social significance of Georgian portraiture. Pre-Health helps students keep their medical school application on track by taking science and math courses that are accepted by all AAMCAS medical schools in the United States. Organic Chemistry, Biology, and Physics courses at NYU London are meant to replicate lectures and labs from NYU's home departments. 

NYU London offers a variety of volunteering opportunities, ranging from regular opportunities in local schools to trips led by Student Life staff. 

Each semester, NYU London organizes day trips to destinations throughout the United Kingdom, including the lovely city of Bath and the academic capitals of Cambridge and Oxford. In addition, it provides a diverse range of activities in the London region, including visits to historic and cultural sites such as Windsor Castle. 

It also offers major sporting events including England football (soccer) games at Wembley Stadium and Premiership rugby matches, the English National Opera and the Royal Ballet, West End theatre productions, and plenty of British food. 

There are a variety of sports to choose from, such as Aikido and Zumba, as well as academic groups that organize events such as business talks and social clubs.

All NYU London students are given associate membership in the Students' Union UCL at University College London. They are one of London's largest student unions, and membership is a terrific way to meet new people and participate in over 300 clubs and organizations. 

Long before students arrive, the NYU Student Health Center and the Department of Public Safety collaborate closely with programme personnel to provide for safe, healthy, and enriching activities.

NYU London operates two residences and, as needed, contracts extra bed-spaces with Central London housing providers. The NYU London Academic Centre is within walking distance of all residences, which are located in Zone 1 of London's public transportation system.

There are four residence halls offering London student rooms at NYU London - two directly managed by NYU, and two managed by an external provider. All residence halls are self-catered.
