NC State offers a variety of student housing options, including traditional residence halls, suites, apartments, and Greek Village housing. The university has more than 30 residence halls, each with its own unique community and amenities. The university's newest residence hall, which opened in 2021, is called the EcoVillage, which offers sustainable living options for students. Many of the residence halls are conveniently located near academic buildings, dining options, and campus recreation facilities. 

NC State's University Housing also offers a number of learning communities where students can live and learn with others who share their interests or academic majors.
