Are pet-friendly student accommodations more expensive than non-pet-friendly accommodations?
Yes, there are some monthly additional charges called:
Pet deposit: Refundable fees, usually around £250, that cover any damage caused by the pet.
Pet Rent: Non-refundable monthly charges of around £50 for cleaning, maintenance, and pet-related amenities.
